Guaranteed Wage Adjustment (GWA): All tipped employees are guaranteed a minimum wage of $15 per hour (Averaged by week), with FCM Hospitality making up the difference if earned tips and wages fall below this amount.

Weekly bonuses: Managers may award bonuses to employees who go above and beyond through exceptional performance, teamwork, guest reviews, or by helping cover additional shifts and special events.

Vanguard 401(k): Vanguard 401(k) retirement account with a company match of 3% up to $1,000/year. 

Employee of the month: Every month FCM honors an employee who exemplifies FCM Hospitality's values and receives a $250 gift card to any FCM Hospitality location each month.

Holidays: All FCM locations are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve & Christmas Day so employees can spend quality time with their loved ones.

Discounts: 50% meal discount.

Sick Time: Employees earn up to 40 hours of paid sick time each year. You accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked.

Health Insurance: If you work at least 32 hours/week for 12 months, medical insurance is provided through Independence Blue Cross (split 50/50 cost with employer).
